Lovely onshore 15-25kn yesterday and this morning. Got out in the waves this morning on a 5.0 and maui project. Wind was a little south east so a bit odd but havent been out for a while so it was lovely. Waves about 5ft faces so good riding. The wind died this afternoon as there is a cold front coming in tomorrow. should be good predicting 20-25kn but will be side off.
Island is pretty busy, four or five people out windsurfing. Darren was kiting this morning - started riding both ways on a 5m kite- really stoked more tomorrow. Beautiful day.

Great day. four of us on 9m and 12m kites on the lagoon side by the sand bar. too much fun. Windsurfers on the reef side speed sailing in flat flat water. clear blue skies and clear blue water.
should be the same tomorrow. hope to have the weather center down in a week or so. which will be great to log the actual wind speeds.
another great cold front day. a bit chilly, temp down in the 70’s. had to wear two rash vests. westerly wind so round the back at the sand bar. beautiful. Gustavo had all the fun on his 15m, I was teaching, Picho was mending his cousins golf cart, Johnny had to go to a christening and Matt had guests to meet and greet.
Races this afternoon - offshore so a little tricky in the gusty conditions close in to the piers but Junior was out in front as usual. Noah had his first taste of windsurfing races but we had to retire after the first lap as wasnt too happy with his dads tacking.
A strong cold front blew through today - bringing with it a steady 20+ knots. A few windsurfers went out the front but we had the most fun in the lagoon kiting by the sand bar. glassy flat water - had a couple of groups of beginners out and riding on 5m kites. Will have to take some windsurfers over there next time its just gorgeous.
Races on Sat - tomorrow if anyone is around.
Island is starting to calm down after the busy Christmas week. will be nice to get back to normal.
